These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ACIÉRI website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4. Product Information

We sell stainless steel jewellery designed for everyday wear.
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, finish or appearance may occur.

We reserve the right to update product information, pricing and availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders & Contract Formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
A binding contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel any order
• Limit quantities per customer
• Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs, customs duties and other fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, credit/debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect, we reserve the right to charge a return shipping fee.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Customers within the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In original packaging
• In the same condition as received

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable if opened.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

9. Warranty & Claims

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty under EU consumer law for manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or surface damage
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents or improper storage

If you receive a defective item, contact info@acieri.com with your order number and photos of the defect.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, product names and design, is the property of ACIÉRI and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACIÉRI shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
